Ingredients: Roasted Cocoa Pods, Plantain Skin Ash, Shea Butter, Purified Water
Storage:
Normal shelf life is 24 months. To prolong the shelf life, store the soap in a cool, dry area. After use, keep it in an airtight container or zip-lock bag in a cooler, drier section of your home.
How to Use African Black Soap for acne:
Patch Test: As with any natural product, perform a patch test 48 hours before use. Discontinue if irritation occurs.
Lather: Rub a small piece of soap between your hands or on a sponge/loofah with water. The soap lathers well, so a little goes a long way.
Application: Apply the lather to your face, body, or hair. Avoid direct application of the soap to the skin to prevent irritation from small particles of plantains.
Moisturize: Follow up with a good moisturizer, such as Raw African Shea Butter, especially if the soap feels drying.
Benefits of African Black Soap:
Deep Cleansing: Removes dirt and impurities for clean, refreshed skin.
Natural Ingredients: Made from plant-based ingredients like roasted cocoa pods, plantain skin ash, and shea butter.
Moisturizing: Shea butter helps keep skin soft and hydrated.
Versatile Use: Suitable for face, body, and hair.
Exfoliation: Gently removes dead skin cells for a smoother texture.
Gentle on Skin: Ideal for sensitive, oily, and combination skin types.
Makeup Removal: Effectively removes makeup.
Eco-Friendly: Made with natural, sustainable ingredients.
Supports Tradition: Supports traditional craftsmanship and communities in Ghana.
