Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. During launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or seasonal demand.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Gym Chemistry is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or severely delayed, contact us and we’ll do our best to assist with the carrier investigation.
Damaged Items
